Return Policy for Damage/Quality
We at www.MumbaiMercer.com are committed to provide you with quality material and service. However, there are certain terms and conditions applicable due to some limitations that would arise from both sides for the smooth functioning of the website and its services. We appreciate your co-operation.
If there is any issue about the material, the customer is required to inform customer care in writing within 24-48 hours of receiving the parcel. Any complaint sent after 48 hours will not be entertain.
We do not provide any type of guarantee for the materials available. If you are unsure about the quality of the material and manufacturer’s brand, we request you to place a small order initially to satisfy yourself for quality check.
We are committed to give you deliver the product same as claimed by the manufacturer’s as shown in picture of our website. However, there could be a chance that some products might not be the exact same as depicted in the picture. This could be due to some variation from the manufacturers end “or” colour variations due to photographic effects between photo and actual product. In such cases, it is not possible to check match all the pictures with those in the catalogues. If you find difference in quality and find the product different from what is shown in the picture you are requested to inform customer care within the duration specified above.
Courier charges will have to be borne by the customer in case he/she wants to return the material for reason cited above. We will refund 100% of the material amount once the return is approved as store credit. The amount refunded will exclude transport/courier charge and the same will be credited in 1-3 working days of receiving parcel back. You can use your store credit in your next purchase.
For international and domestic shipments, buyer will pay Custom Duty / Import Duty or Sales Tax or any other tax levied by your state or country only. Please note: – VAT/ Custom Taxes and Import duties are not in our control and vary country to country. It is not included in our ordering process and needs to pay by customer if levied.
If you have received any damaged pieces or due to any other reason you would like to return the material then return shipping charge will have to be borne by the customer. We will refund 100% of the material cost to you as in-store credit. The same will be credited within 1-3 working days of receiving the parce or a replacement can be given, we will do whichever possible for us to do.
Due to resource and time limitation, we do not conduct a physical check on the materials from our side. However, if you would still like to get the materials checked from our side then a checking charge of Rs 10 to 15/- per piece would be applicable and the same needs to be borne by the buyer. We shall check all the materials and then send to you. The check is recommended for INTERNATIONAL Customers, as international returns could be difficult. Although we do our best while checking for quality and try to ensure that you receive undamaged pieces, however there are chances that you could receive damaged material, in such cases we cannot be held responsible for the product received.
In case a check is required from our end the order dispatch may get delayed by 1-2 days.
In case parcel is lost during transit, we will refund 50% of material amount the other 50% will have to be borne by the customer. You can insure your parcel with us to avoid losses due to parcel lost in transit. Request you to get in touch with our customer care regarding in transit insurance and related information.
The customer is requested to accept parcel only if the packaging is intact. Do not accept the parcel if it looks opened or tampered or loose packaging anyway. We will not provide any refund claim of missing pieces from parcels unless the same is confirmed from the courier company. If under any circumstances piece(s) missing are confirmed by the courier company then we will provide you 80% material amount to you in 7-10 days of lodging complain for the missing pieces.
We do not provide any guarantee for stitching. Customers will be providing for stitching at his/her own risk. Stitched suits will not be exchanged or returned for any reasons. We advise you to place small order for stitching. If you are okay with the stitching quality then you place more orders.
Return of product must be in original condition and packaging of the company along with the cover photo. Products must not be cut, changed or used or else they will not be applicable for exchange or return. The product needs to be in its original packaging condition along with photo on it (if given with product).
HOW TO RETURN?
Please Note: No returns will be accepted without prior notification. You are requested to write to our customer care within 24 – 48 hours of receiving your parcel. No Return request after the 48 hours will be entertained.
We do not provide any return pick up facility. Customer is required to arrange for the return with whichever courier service they deem fit. The charges for return courier will have to be borne by the customer.
Your Order is CONFIRMED after we receive the Payment. Product availability status is checked after receiving YOUR PAYMENT. There are chances that even AFTER you pay for the product, it may not be available. In such cases, we will initiate Refund within 4-5 working days or an adjustment of funds towards future orders can be made depending on the option chosen by the customer.
This policy can be changed solely at the discretion of Mumbai Mercer.
- Any decision on returns of the product(s) sold by WWW.MUMBAIMERCER.COM is at the sole discretion of Mumbai Mercer and the decision of Mumbai Mercer shall be final and binding.
- Mumbai Mercer reserves the right to withdraw from replacement guarantee at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature.
- The terms of returns are governed by Mumbai Mercer.
